Ingredients

1/4 Cup pecans, diced

2 Tbs sugar

8 Cups salad greens

2 Cups celery, diced

2 Cups grapes, 1/2’d

1 C raspberries

3 kiwi’s , sliced

1/4 cup oil

2 T Vinegar

2 Tbs Sugar

1/2 tsp salt

Preparation

Melt 2 T sugar in a sauce pan and stir in pecans to coat them. Remove from heat and cool. Mix salad ingredients. Mix in a separate bowl the oil, vinegar, sugar and salt. Pour over salad before serving and sprinkle with nuts.
