1 large buttercup/butternut squash

1 large head cauliflower

2 red onions

3 T olive oil

3 T other vegetable oil

1 T balsamic vinegar

2-4 T chopped fresh sage

salt

pepper

Clean and chop winter squash and red onion to total 4 quarts mix in oil vinegar, sage, salt, and pepper spread in single layer on shallow baking sheets roast @ 425 F for 10 min stir roast another 10-15 min
