1 pkg, white cake mix
1 1/4 cup Water
3 Egg whites
1 8oz. Yogurt (Yoplait)
Frosting:
1 8oz. Yogurt
1 8oz. Cool Whip
Preparation
- Mix together the dry cake mix, water, yogurt and egg whites.
- Pour into a greased 9x13 pan.
- Bake in 350 degree oven for 30-35 min.
- Allow to cool completely before frosting.
- Mix the yogurt and Cool Whip together, and immediately frost the cake. (Frosting cannot be made ahead of time.)
- Refrigerate.
