Ingredients

• 5 small zucchinis, thinly sliced

• 1.5 cups shredded mozarella cheese

• 2 cubes My Dorot’s Basil

• 2 cubes Pop & Cook Frozen Chopped Garlic

• Salt and pepper

• 1/4 cup butter, divided

• 2 tomatoes, thinly sliced

Preparation

1.Preheat over to 375 degrees.

2.Mix shredded cheese with garlic and basil cubes, salt and pepper.

3.Cut zucchini length-wise into thinly-sliced strips and layer strips in an greased 8-in. square baking dish; sprinkle with half of the cheese mixture between layers of zucchini.

4.Top with tomatoes and remaining cheese mixture.

5.Bake in a preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove foil, and bake until the top is crusty and the vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes.
