Ingredients
2 C diced zucinni
1/2 C chopped onion
1/2 t basil
2 T butter or skip and use olive oil
1 can cheddar cheese soup (or use real cheddar and whatever)
3 C elbow macaroni, cooked
1/2 C cheddar cheese
1 can tomatoes (or use more if using fresh)
1/2 t mustard
Preparation
Cook the first 4 til tender. Add the rest and cook ti cheese melts
